In 1984, brothers Fernando and Santiago Aguerre founded REEF out of their love for the beach and surfing. They wanted to make high-quality, ultra-comfortable products that fit their lifestyle—so they created sandals that could effortlessly take them from the beach to the streets and everywhere inbetween. They use materials like cotton, jute, genuine cork, and wood elements to craft a product derived from elements of nature.
